Keynesian Beauty Contest
Well, not really a beauty contest! But its similar: In this game, you aim to guess the ⅔ of the average! Everyone in this class will be guessing a number, and the purpose of everyone is to guess the ⅔ of the average of all guesses. The person who guesses the integer that is closest to ⅔ of the average of everyone’s guesses will win a prize! You should decide whether you should assume that everyone is a rational, self-interested agent. Your guess should be an integer and should be between 0 and 100. First, write your answer and then try to guess the Nash equilibrium if we were to play this game with rational players.
